I came down on Saturday to see what this event was all about, having done a bit of low-key(blue and bits of red) mtb stuff in Keilder and Whinlatter. Wow, what an eye-opener. The organisers were helpful, the competitors very friendly, the marshalls great, the loony on the tannoy in the arena amusing. Had the pleasure of watching a bunch of competitors sessioning the bottom end of Stage 1(Star Wars).
My day-to-day is photographing Rallycross but I’m going to make a special effort if you come back this way next year.
Of all the various wheeled events I attend, this one was most enjoyable. Thanks fellas.
