Mavic Swap Prize
Just had word from Mavic, here’s what they had to say.
“On the Mavic stage at each UKGE the fastest rider in 2 x categories will be eligible to win. If the winners are running 26″ we’ll swap them for a pair 650b Mavic Enduro. And if the winners are running 29″ wheels we’ll swap them for a pair of Mavic ST.”
You can’t say fairer than that!
Will they only swap the wheels I raced on ?
Otherwise why would I swap my 26″ wheels for ones that don’t fit my bike (so I can’t ride it anymore) ?
I had similar thoughts myself Dave, sure full details will be revealed at Rd1.
